Close to the airport, public transport and surrounded by alot of food venues, and supermarket, as big foodies this was great and great way to keep costs down on travelling around sydney. The staff went well and beyond to fix technical difficulties we faced with the air conditioning unit in our room. The staff were all super friendly, honest, helpful and most of all built a relationship with us during our stay, remembered and even followed up to ask if we enjoyed the events we were attending and the areas we visited plus recommended ways around (directions and best way to travel) and food places. We absolutely loved and appreciated that our room was ready 5 hours early so we didn't have to continue to lug our luggage around with us, and the extra hour late stay meant we spent our Sunday morning enjoying a couple of coffees in our room not rushing around before having to leave. Was comfortable enough that we were calling our hotel room home whilst we stayed in Sydney 😊

Only 5 mins walk from mascot stn and a quick ride into the city centre and connecting trains, light rail, buses etc at central stn. Apartment was huge w a separate bedroom and bathroom, bigger than my space at home. It had a kitchen w a proper oven, microwave, full fridge/freezer, dishwasher, utensils, plates, basic cooking equipment, more than I needed but would be fabulous for a family wanting to stay in Sydney but not pay ridiculous accommodation prices. I was looking for the kettle but found a washing machine and dryer instead, another bonus for longer staying travellers. Staff were extremely friendly helpful and even let me check in when I arrived in the morning instead of making me wait till 3pm as the room was already available! Five minutes walk to a full size supermarket, convenience store, heaps of takeaway/cafe options and a gym just across the road. My third stay here and I'll be back whenever I'm next in Sydney.

The room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was big, the shower a real joy to use. The staff were helpful and professional. For example, I asked for two single beds instead of a double bed; my request was granted. In the room, there was milk, coffee, tea, dishwashing liquid, etc. When I asked to replenish some of these, it was no problem. The public transport connection to the CBD is very good. Mascot station is only a few minutes' walk away. From there, one can take the train into town. The public transport connection to the airport is very good. One can either take the train from Mascot station or the bus (350 or 420) from a stop that is halfway between the hotel and Mascot station. There is a big supermarket near the station where one can stock up on food to prepare in the hotel room. There are also some restaurants nearby. They are not cheap, but affordable.

Close to airport, and the shuttle bus service was super organised and easy to get to and from the international terminal. Room was spacious and comfortable with microwave, kettle, toaster and basic cutlery and crockery. It has opening windows!! Yay! So fresh air and a view directly onto big leafy trees, it was so nice. The Japanese restaurant downstairs is good, have eaten there several times and always nice, but only a few minutes away is the Mascot Central shopping area with loads of restaurants and a big Woolies supermarket etc., as well as the train station. Couldn’t really want more, will definitely start here next time I’m transiting Sydney

The apartment was huge and excellent value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Good location for airport and good cafés nearby. The building is a little tired with worn, smelly carpets in corridors. Small lift from Bourke Street was broken, worn furnishings in the apartment. Unable to open door to room so we were given a different apartment. The beds were very comfortable bur the sofa was not. Some information/instructions on how to operate the room lights when given key card would be useful, particularly for jet-lagged customers.
